In compliance with article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11th, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), please be informed that the owner of the Website is Intercontrade, S.L., with offices at Esplugues de Llobregat (08950), C/ de la Riba, 36, 1st floor, with Tax Identification Code (CIF) B60483377, and registered at the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona, Volume 26716, Sheet 180, Section 8, Page B106713, Entry 1 (hereinafter, “Intercontrade, S.L.”).
The communications that become necessary between Intercontrade, S.L. and the User must be addressed to Intercontrade, S.L. by sending an email to info@intercon.es, or calling the number +34933427427, or by sending a written communication to the above address.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
1.1. The purpose of these Terms of Use is to regulate the provision of information and services provided by Intercontrade, S.L. via the Website.
1.2. By browsing this Website you automatically acquire the condition of User (hereinafter, "you" or "User") and accept without reservation of any kind, all the terms of this Legal Notice.
1.3. In order to start using the Website, it is not necessary that the User registers previously, nor that he/she accepts expressly this Legal Notice. 3. Civil Liability
3.1. Intercontrade, S.L. will not be responsible for any damage that the User may suffer as a result of the use of the Website when he/she proves that he/she has met the requirements and diligence required by the nature of the Web.

In particular, we do not guarantee, under any circumstances, that Users use the Website and its tools in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, morality and generally accepted good customs and public order, nor that they do so in a diligent and prudent manner.
3.4. In the event that links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites are provided on the Website, we will not exercise any control over these sites and content. In no case will we assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to a third party Website, nor will we guarantee the technical availability, quality and veracity of any material or information contained therein.
4. Exclusion of Warranty
4.1. To this end, the Users must have updated systems for detecting malicious software, such as viruses, Trojans, etc., as well as having updated the security patches of the corresponding browsers they use.
5. User’s Obligations
The User undertakes:

6. Minors
In general, to use the service minors must have obtained prior authorization from their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who will be responsible for all acts performed through the Website by minors under their care. 9. Applicable law and Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of disputes and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts of Esplugues de Llobregat.
