A functional layout combined with the use of high-end materials gives this apartment a strong sense of exclusivity. The project achieves a warm yet sober atmosphere through the use of dark finishes as accent walls, contrasted with lighter walls in soft gray tones. These lighter surfaces reflect the natural light coming through the windows while enhancing the artwork displayed within restored niches.

The living room is conceived around a neutral and elegant base palette, featuring light tones, large-format herringbone parquet flooring, and a striking floor-to-ceiling petrol blue display wall. This dark feature element dresses the space with character and sophistication, becoming a defining focal point of the interior.

Simple and contemporary cornices, moldings, and high baseboards introduce a refined modern-classic touch, reinforcing the timeless elegance of the overall design.

The Master Suite has been designed as a space of contrasts. The sleeping area features a neutral, subdued palette complemented by soft textures and delicate, feminine accents, expressed through elements that can easily be updated to reflect seasonal moods or new trends. Paneled walls in the adjoining dressing room create a sense of clarity and order, discreetly concealing storage while integrating a naturally lit toilet cubicle—delivering functionality without sacrificing aesthetics.

The Guest Suite is envisioned as a self-contained, private retreat, offering refined yet simplified elegance. Textured materials and a soft, muted color palette are elevated with carefully chosen accent furniture in more vivid tones. The walk-in closet is designed with versatility in mind, with the capacity to house a minibar and sink for beverage preparation—bringing convenience to long-term guests. To complete the experience, entertainment and media equipment will be integrated, ensuring comfort and autonomy within this private haven.
