The search for a sophisticated, comfortable, and modern environment, inspired by the concept of anachronism and the surrounding landscape of the project, marks the bases and tones that lead to the composition of the following proposals.
The central axis of the main idea is the contrast between Old and New Dubai. This concept aims to bring the cultural history from the old town of Dubai into the modern building, using neutral sand colors as a background, and adding accent hues of its vibrant colors, textures, tastes, smells, and vivacity.
Terracotta’s awakening pays homage to the earth’s ancient touch. Fabrics bloom in the oasis of Greens, offering a vibrant respite amidst the sand. Arches gracefully stand in the design, paying tribute to the region’s architectural heritage.
