Nobook is an unconventional and innovative restaurant designed to surprise its guests with the creativity of its menu. To reflect this imaginative concept, the interior design embraces an industrial aesthetic: exposed brick walls, graffiti inspired by Basquiat, visible ventilation ducts, and soaring ceilings create a raw yet vibrant atmosphere. Bespoke furniture, crafted from recycled materials, has been designed exclusively to enhance the uniqueness of the space. At its heart, the open kitchen—painted in a bold peach-orange tone that matches the team’s uniforms—becomes the most striking and iconic feature.

Adjacent to Nobook lies UMA, a second restaurant owned by the same team but conceived under a radically different design approach. Here, the atmosphere is intimate and refined, with a palette of soft colors that evokes the warmth of a classic Eixample apartment in Barcelona. Stone and brick walls frame an elegant layout, while an open kitchen with clean lines and white finishes celebrates the art of fine dining. The contrast between both venues highlights the versatility of the brand, offering two complementary experiences: one bold and experimental, the other timeless and sophisticated.
